About us
Mulu Construction Limited trades as Mulu Constructions and is based in Barking, London. We plan, procure and build commercial and residential projects, carry out civil and structural works, and act as Principal Contractor where a project needs one.
Our approach is simple. Clients should know what we will do, how it will be managed and who is responsible. Every project runs through the same four controlled stages, from pre-tender consultation to practical completion and handover.
A single point of responsibility for programme, cost and site safety.
Scope, procurement route and drawings agreed before pricing starts.
CDM 2015 planning and site safety built into the work from day one.
Process & delivery model
Every project follows the same four controlled stages, so clients know what is happening, who is accountable and what comes next.
We review the brief, drawings and site constraints, and confirm scope and procurement route before pricing starts.
Measured costing, CDM 2015 planning, and package procurement agreed against the programme.
Managed construction with site safety, quality checks and logistics coordinated day to day.
Snagging, documentation and a structured handover so the building is ready to occupy and maintain.
